Natalia Moseti
Program Associate – Nairobi
Natalia Moseti is a Program Associate at COVAW, where she supports the design and implementation of initiatives that promote economic empowerment and social inclusion for women and girls. She brings over five years of experience in livelihood programming, having worked with organizations such as Al-Khair Foundation and Secours Islamique France (SIF), Kenya. Her work has focused on supporting community-driven solutions that uplift vulnerable populations, particularly women and youth in informal settlements.
Natalia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Project Planning and Management from Moi University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nairobi. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree to enhance her capacity in rights-based programming and policy advocacy.
She is deeply passionate about advancing gender equality and envisions a society where women and girls have equal access to opportunities, resources, and decision-making spaces, enabling them to thrive with dignity and agency.
