Asha Kadura
Program Associate – Kwale County
Asha Kudura Bakari works with COVAW as a Program Associate under the Tupo Tusikizwe project.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from University of Nairobi. Ms. Asha has extensive knowledge in public finance policies and advocacy on equity, citizen participation and accountability.
She has over 6 years’ experience in county and national level public finance management systems; in capacity strengthening and training for community groups, civil society organizations and county government officials in various counties in the country.
Before joining COVAW she worked with Institute of Public Finance Kenya as Project Officer.
